Borrowing Procedures
Library cards are issued without
charge to Van Wert County residents, to non-residents who reside in any
community in the state of Ohio and to individuals who resident in neighboring
states and work in Van Wert County. Adult must present identification, such as a
driver's license, that shows their name and present address. Children must be
accompanied by a responsible adult with proper identification, namely a parent,
grandparent or guardian. Parents will be responsible for their child's books and
fines. Borrowers who are in ninth grade or above will be issued adult cards.
